Your Watch has a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. But treat him well, because the warranty does not cover the strap.  What covers are existing material and manufacturing defects ("defects") at the time of purchase of the watch. During the duration of the warranty, you will be entitled to free repair of these defects, or in case such repair is not possible, you can choose between replacing your watch or choosing another one of the same price as the one you purchased. Your second warranty (the replacement watch) expires two years after the purchase of the first watch that we would have replaced because it had factory defects.

If you have any breakdowns or any questions contact product@mattheo.co by mail, we will evaluate what you tell us, we will probably ask you for some photos, and we will ask you to mail the watch to rate it. The cost of this shipment is not responsible for the cost of this shipment.

This warranty does not include:

  • Battery life.
  • Normal wear and aging (e.g. scratched glass; color alteration and/or belt material).
  • Any damage to any piece of the watch arising from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (shocks, dents, glass breaks, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the recommendations of use.
  • Defects caused by contact with corrosive acids or other products.
  • The belt and its erosion derived from normal use and aging.

Any other claims in addition to the defect guarantee described, except for the one arising from the Law, are excluded.
